Getting ready to go on a ride with a group today first stop is a church that the group is doing a food donation then off for a nice scenic ride...

Checking in at the websites I frequent. Still scrobbling my music Gotta do some last minute shopping for my dinner party with my son's family tomorrow. Here's what I'm making. Lamb roast in the slow cooker. Bought some fresh garlic and thyme. Gunna tie it, fill the center with sweet onion and cook it vertical. Has to be in the crock by 10 am to be ready by 5pm. Going to quarter some baking potatoes into bite size chunks and precook them in the mic. Will spray a coating of olive oil on them after arranging them on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle some seasonings and bake them till they are golden brown. Then I'll add a light dusting of sea salt. Gunna peel some carrots and slice them lengthwise. Precook those a bit in the mic and lay them out on a foil cake pan. Gunna sprinkle some ginger on them and bake them in a small amount of ginger beer and brown sugar. I have to go pick up some dinner rolls. I have to pick up some toaster waffles. Dessert is my own creation. Toaster waffles with peanut butter and strawberry allfruit with ice cream in the middle, topped with strawberries and whipped cream with chocolate syrup drizzled over it. I have crushed nuts and candy sprinkles too. I made a big pitcher of cherry lime aid yesterday. Oh, I gotta pick up a bag of ice for the slushies. |

Checking in at the websites I frequent. Still scrobbling my music Got a seatbelt ticket when I went to the store yesterday. I usually wear it, dunno why I didn't. Shiat happens. Lamb roast is in the crock, should be done around 5:30-6pm. My son said he should be here round 3pm. |

Last week or so, I noticed a man inspecting the buildings. I thought they were selling them. Today, there is a crew under my floor installing more insulation. WhoDaThunkIt? |
