I inadvertently swallowed a chip of anti fouling paint yesterday. I do not want anything bad to happen to me, but if it does, then I care not, for that's life and reality, for me. I embrace it. Though sometimes I wonder if anxiety CAUSES bad things to happen to me. I f so, I don’t embrace that.
