I think so... if it's not a dream waking you, it's the only other explanation I have..

I've had the same problem before. Calcium seems to help, and when I listen to a CD that had spiritual music, that helped too. I can't have the music all night, so the CD worked well, it would stop after an hour. Hope you find what works for you.

is there really some truth to that idea Stu? I believe there is sis, our souls are connected and when we sleep, we go into the spirit world. It's like traveling through astro projecting. Some people dream of a past life, they wake up feeling like they were really there, well you most likely were revisiting that place in your dream state.
