If a woman is wearing something that is showing it off, she should expect it. If it makes her mad, then she needs to rethink her wardrobe. On the other hand, if the guy can't seem to see past anything else and can't seem to hold a conversation away from the topic of her cleavage, then he probably isn't worth investing time in on a mental level. Probably because there may not be much of a mental level to work with. No reason to get upset about it, just move on to someone else.
