best diet, in my opinion, is the paleo diet

eat less work out more. dont buy into fad diets.
Actually one plan that is pretty sound is Body for Life. But it takes a lot of discipline to make it work.

i swear its easy to plan into your schedule and u can eat watever u want but u hav to portion out the food orrr you can eat as much as u want healthily
see theres 2 different choices that u can choose from either flex or core
ive lost a total of 15 pounds and im in the best shape of my life
this isnt really a diet but "a way to eat" it doesnt involve pills but u hav to do SOME sort of exercise whether its swimming, walking, going to the gym, taebo, karate, etc. anyting that gets your heartrate up

for me a big breakfast, for lunch cheese, crackers,cottage cheese fruit and milk, and just run one mile a day thats it thats all u have to do excersize before u eat

Don't worry about your weight, what you eat, etc.

Eat healthy, FRESH fruits and vegtables

Cut down or completely do away with soda, candy, etc.

Becareful, don't eat to comfort yourself when bored, depressed, etc.

Working out, walking/jogging/runninge, push-ups, sit-ups, etc. can also help burn excess calories, and keep you fit and healthy.

See your doctor to make sure nothing is wrong, and to see a nutrionist to get a diet that works best for you.

Everybody is different and has different needs.

Those are just things that have worked for me, hope it helps and good luck :smile:

Eat when my body is hungry , and not when my emotions are...

Be active, be joyful, move around a lot, dance, when no one is looking, really shake that tush...

Laugh a lot.... see the world through positive eyes... it's the most holistic eating plan I know of..flowerforyou

eat a lttle of a lot of things a lot and exercise at all constantly.

with a pinch of incredible and incessant sex with the partner of your choice.
