im going to choose love. BC I work two to three jobs a week so money is not a issue to me. but still unhappy BC the love is not there. what's the point in having money and no one to share it with or enjoy nice things and go to nice places with. I will rather Have the love, feel like I'm still missing out w/o The Love

Does this mean the two are mutually exclusive? Are you asking if you can find love without having money?
Are you asking if you can't love without money?

Im confused too dreamerana ,

I thought the question was asking us to choose between love or money,

Im hearing some folks talking about making their own money, but did the OP give us that option of one person having money in the relationship?

I assume that most of the people in this thread live in a house or an apartment , eat food and wear clothes. If neither party has money, who is paying for these things?what

Omg Pegs!!

I think you and I have been discussing the passionate and practical for a long time now (AS Friends and idea exchangers....Nothing else nosey internet people).

I'm wondering if someone has a completely pragmatic mind and dreamy soul, if they might win your heart? (NOT, someone of my particular inquisitive curiosity) but otherwise

I realize, ridiculous and circular question. Just curious.

I can live without money
I can hunt and gather,
I can make shelter
I can make clothing.

To live without love in my life NOPE not going there

Would you be prepared to live in a tree house and kill your dinner everyday , and be disconnected from technology for love Sitka?

Actually Miss Peggy...
I used to live 6 months of the year off grid

Oh and I wouldn't be living in a tree house that is for dang sure. People build homes off grid up here all the time
To answer this honestly.
There isnt anything material or money made worth a dime compared to the love I have experienced in my life.

I honestly saw this earlier and really thought about it.
And yes, I could and would. For any material things that I needed I would barter,
And if you hunt and trap, fish with nets when the salmon are running, smoke and dry them, gather in seasons,
You dont have to hunt every day.bigsmile

At this point and time in my life I'm leaning towards the money, cause survival mode doesn't sound to appealing these days.

Well if you have already lived that life, I can understand why that would be a feasible alternative for you.

Ive had my life considerably downgraded in the past ie no washing machine, no tv, no microwave, peas and rice diet etc, and I would be prepared to do that again for the right man,but the " me - jane, you-tarzan" life, does not set my loins on fire.

No bueno indifferent

The truth of the matter at least for me is you can have success and money.
It doesn't mean much if you don't have someone to share it.
My life reached big achievements. I got promoted in my regular job. Additionally, I was offered another dream come true being a part time instructor and mentor.
Made a splash in both.
While I'm blessed in both, there was still an emptiness while my happy sunshine and i were having difficulties.
Love makes life meaningful
