Nothing like the subject of war to bring out the claws! I would be VERY interested to hear how Saddam could have been dealt with "faster and more silently". You can't negotiate with pure evil. Who cares how he got in power? Whether or not we helped him get there is irrelevant - he abused it in a way no human should ever do. The things he did to his very own people are...unthinkable. Don't we, the rest of the world, have any obligation to help those who cannot help themselves? I'm making a point of ignoring the WMD comments because we will never agree on that. But surely no one agrees with the way he treated those people.

May I say to you; My hats off to you for doing a job that is highly underestimated.
Saddam was evil at its worst. He had to be taken out. But, it could have been done by our most highly trained, secret and unseen. We did not have to kill so many innocents. The ones that needed to be taken out are still there hiding and doing what they do best, Killing, mongering, and causing fear of unperilous proportions.
What are we to do about them? We can't really do much can we? I mean we first must find them and not only see, but be able to tell the difference in what they look like? Who they are and find a way to face them.
This nasty ass war is hopeless. There must first be enemies we can see. They are cowards. They do not fight as we know a fight.They kill our own while hiding, never coming forth as we would have it.
I just want our people home. safe and sound, and out of harms way.

that's what i've always thought too because even with the so called "unedited version"of the hanging,there's too much that can't prove he was hung.that could hav easily been set up to just make him look dead.

JT's vid made me cry

My son is 15 yrs old.....he's wanted to be a soldier for a couple of years......when he grows up.
He sees movies and thinks it looks cool....I told him over my dead body he will.......he says I cant stop him......

My nephew is on his way,,,
