Seems to me then they are not interested in meeting someone and should hang on Facebook not a dating site Why would you say that? This is a social site, as well. Maybe they are interested in meeting someone and you just don't meet their age criteria Exactly personal preferences may be wrong for others but each has the right to be as they specify that's the sign of a free society not trying to restrict others personal preferences..

I joined this site back when it was "more" a social site and less of a "dating site". And WTH... Why would I want to hang out on FB before I made my profile so bloody private there I got hit on there more than I ever have here. As for responding to your comment about "age", age difference is bloody subjective. So we need to make special allowances for the ones that fall into the 1 to 5 year range then next it would be 1 to 10 year range. Bottom line "Everyone" has filters whether they are listed or not. Respect them or not your choice. ^^^^^^^^^^^^ Yup, gotta agree with that. And could somebody please pass the melted butter and the garlic salt?

Everyone knows how hard it is to talk to someone real on here let alone compatible. I finally find people who are worthy of response and they have a age restriction I miss by a year or two. Thought this site was to meet people not a interrogation. Guess that's why they're on here. I'm 49 seeking the same age. It is probably because some people do get tired of receiving messages from those a lot older than themselves, so they put on a filter to prevent this, and this means specifying an age limit. Far better in my opinion to see an age limit, and know what a person is looking for, avoids wasted time and effort. Regarding age difference, it is for the two people to decide how they feel about it in my opinion, at least you know if they have an age filter how they feel about it. Since I'm 65, I used to have my search limited to and no less than 60 to 65. Now I extended the limit from 55 or 57 to 65. What the heck, young chicks can't hurt me And if they think they do, best of luck to them I have a top SEXY good lawyer who will make anyone believe that I AM BROKE & IMMUNE TO PAIN
