As I man of color the whole American establishment wasn't included folks that look like me. In this country a minority man or woman will never be equal, never own anything in this country. the clothes we wear, the music , the food, the property we think we own we don't. At anytime they can come and take it back. What I'm getting at is This country implanted in the masses head that anybody that's not born rich, republican, part of a elite club or contributes to there cause, there always will see you as lower class citizen. I like what you said about the influence of women is the next change, I totally agree. When Obama became president, it wasn't about a come up for blacks, because if you research Obama he's part white. His mother was White so there for his vision wasn't about black superiority, its was a people thing. Most people thay voted for was women. See women was the ones that benefited the most with ObamaCare. The Women was the ones for Planned Parenthood. The women was the ones to say bring them troops home from Iraq. Even when Obama went over to middle east they first people Obama praise was women and it shocked the men over there because that's never seen that happen before.

When Obama was elected as POTUS I had no concerns over his color at all. Likewise I will not be concerned with our next president's gender.
What does concern me is that they act in the faith of the people that elect them.

Personally, I do not like Trump's personality. I never have. I think he is a poor choice as POTUS. However, I am part of society and my society elected him as president. I am but one of hundreds of millions of other people. Part of my responsibility in society is to accept societies will. If or when Trump proves not to be up to the task at hand, I can only hope that society rectifies the problem.

If society decides it wants all government building's windows painted purple and by majority vote, makes it so. What right do I have to go scrape off the paint? Its my building and my window. The purple paint was purchased and applied using my tax money. I might have a group of people that agree with me to scrape off the paint but the majority wants that paint in place so I am in the wrong no matter who in power is on my side. There will likely also be some that think those windows should be painted green. Some might think there should be no windows at all, just bricks.

Okay, Let me get this out, I am in The United States, I am a Black German from Germany but in a county of many penal codes the only thing they see is brown. As a minority I am hated by many for various reasons. I'm going to break it down first why blacks are hated. One reason first is because we as people of melanin toned skin , we are innovators. I don't believe that all blacks from Africa. Did you know it was not just free blacks before slavery but they was rich & republican? Getting back I think all races are great but its something about folks of color we always win. When there's evil people throughout history that's envious of melanin they plant lies through books, ignorance, and fear. Getting to the powers that be they say, " Keep them from Politics", " Keep them from your kids, don't marry them, don't have children with them or damn it! I'm going to disown you!" Now , we all now all there presidents thought black people are this or that but the difference is trump is out of control with his mouth. Rather you call me a A-hole in public or private it don't make it better. when a racist like him that's very vocal & not ashamed at nothing, how am I support, give a chance, or even look the other way with my dislike for him. If he talking ill will about blacks, next its the Jewish, next he say the holocaust didn't exist, are you kidding me 60 million Jewish Died. Then it will be the Mexicans. I am a white man.
As a majority I am hated by many minorities for only one reason...Because I am white.

I live in a predominate black community. Both of my neighbors are black. Most of the people I see are black. I personally hold no ill will against any of them unless they demonstrate hostility towards me. I often completely forget that some are black, Mexican or Chinese. I see people as people. I know white people that are hostile as well as warm and friendly ones. People will be people and every person is different.

In my community I have noticed that there are those that celebrate their heritage and race in constructive and satisfying ways. There are also those that believe they must force their heritage and race as an issue to justify their sanctification to all others. They need to be acknowledged over everyone else. Often times, that involves extreme actions that are completely unsociable. Society, being forced to deal with acts that are unsociable becomes jaded to the groups that act against the unity of society. The result is hatred and contempt for people in those groups.

Society is made up of people. Individual persons that have individual personalities. It is unfair to assume that all whites hate blacks because some whites hate blacks. Just like it is unfair for all blacks to hate all Germans because some blacks hate Germans. Do we continue to reinforce unfairness in our society or do we attempt to promote unity? Affecting a change in society can only be done on the personal level. If enough individuals lead by example the majority will follow.
