I have no idea what point you think you are making, other than that whatever it is, is entertaining to you.
I assume you are referring to Trump's infamous wall, and that you have adopted the annoying habit of purposely misspelling the word "love," but past that, I can't tell if you are for or against it, are criticizing those who oppose or support it, or even if you are declaring that there is some "irony" involved with talking about it, or with building it, or with anything else at all. |

Well, the course of action the last 8 years has not stemmed the tide.. so why not a wall.
Put the wall up.. and ship the 200,000 or so Mexican gangbangers we have stored in our prisons.. back to their country... where they belong And the ones ICE has identified as active gangbanger... coral them up and ship their a**'s back as well. What are we losing? |

Those against the wall...seeking to divide the country...oh, the irony!
Only in a pedantic sense. Those for the wall would probably see a youtube video of a banker building a vault with one wall and then not getting any customers as "proof" that a wall would "work" in keeping people out. What are we losing?
Potentially a lot of time, money, energy, and effort with no guarantee it will have a net positive effect. Personally, I would rather see an expansion of the employment verification program. Paid for by significantly increasing fines on any employers caught with illegal alien employees, and (since this is all wishful thinking) getting rid of pretty much every social welfare program and reducing the military budget after discontinuing pretty much all overseas operations and military bases. But can't change the status quo. Piggies need their pork projects. So..build a wall! Yeah! That's it! It creates jobs and magically keeps those kangaroo people south of the border from being able to jump into the country as they're just not smart enough to get in any other way, and they'll all just stand on the other side looking at the wall as it's being built and once it is they'll say "darn it! now I can't get in! Oh well, back to my well paying job then, no more incentive to even try." *imo it seems to me that building a wall is about like creating the TSA. They don't really do anything, it's not effective, but people would feel less secure if they weren't there. Nothing like a false sense of security. Internet dating is based on it. "I need a picture to know who I'm talking to." |

Well, no point in rehashing all the arguments about the wall itself. Everyone who pays attention to reality knows it's never going to be anything but politically symbolic. Certainly nothing ironic about it, it's just silly.
One sort of good thing, it will require a HUGE expenditure of tax dollars, and provide lots and lots of jobs for the duration of the time it takes to build. Wait, there is one potential irony there. It will certainly be the height of irony, if a 100% modern Republican led government, decides to run the deficit through the roof, on an obviously useless, over-the-top public works program. |

I am not opposed to the concept of a border wall, but the building, maintenance and monitoring of such a wall are not feasible.

Because a wall solves everything Lol I swear there are too many geniuses Running politics these days we need to find SOMETHING else to do with all the money taxpayers have to spend on 'undeserving' americans getting healthcare,,,, Good idea. In my town there is a brand new state of the art health care clinic.. really nice place. It is part of the " out reach" program designed to give free health care to illegals and their children. I drive past the place.. always packed with people and baby strollers. (It is next to the " muster zone" set up so illegals can stand there on the corner and wait for pick up trucks to get them for day jobs.. you know.. those F paying tax type jobs) Meanwhile we have to go thru our insurance company, deal with the red tape and pay the deductibles... and pay our tax.. which runs that center. So why not send the illegals back, rename the center " outreach center for Americans who deserve it" and offer the same service to those who are here legally. Illegal's drain our services.. schools.. taxes.. and there is no shortage of them sleeping in our prison beds... cause.. they did some very bad stuff.. to us Americans. |

Because a wall solves everything Lol I swear there are too many geniuses Running politics these days we need to find SOMETHING else to do with all the money taxpayers have to spend on 'undeserving' americans getting healthcare,,,, the immigration associations also relating to the national wide healthy care issues. still remember how centrys before how those customs deal with the great immigrations of the world to the USA after they've landing the dock? you need to learn about how ***** happen back to the Renaissance.....how many people's life were taken by the pestis back to that age? and that's what trump conserns. totaly free border politice may won't meanning war but also kind of problems. both side....both trouble....also including other disease......how many US nure also medical support agents dead by suffering the Ebola last years? deal with it.....the "wall" is neccessary but not the Wall.......and this just one of social problem that USA goverment need to face if they don't do so......think wisly, it is not funny back to those month the obama deal with the immigration issues of USA. then is that some memory recalling now? those "black people living problems" and now i'm also still doubt about those news of black civiliance was been shoot by the cop may related with. the chaos....do know it? mass effect always causes the chaos...... |

All other Countries have Immigration Laws which they enforce... Why not enforce the Laws we have... Does anyone really know the Mexican Immigration Laws as far as if those from America moves there?? If not maybe they should check them out we are not free to just move their.. Matter of fact they are pretty strict even on their own.. So why is it so hard for all to believe, we need to enforce these laws??? Not saying they can not move to the States just do it legally.. It is a shame that those illegally here have more rights then our Vets! I don't have a problem with anyone wanting to live in America or anywhere in the world, just go about it the legal way.. And no matter what everyone thinks this President will not go in and deport them all most likely will do what Presidents prior did. Give those that can prove they have worked or been here for at least 5 years time to stay and get their paper work done the right way... Then add a Tax of $5 - $15 for every transaction of money sent from the USA to Mexico.... Use that money to build The Wall and maintain it... As well all the Drug Cartel Money confiscated along the border goes to the fund as well... |

I am building a factory and was approached by a charity organization that helps new Americans get started. Navigates them thru the process while they are being vetted, get the proper paperwork done find a place to live, a job
Meaning. become a citizen the right way. So far I have hired 12 of these people, from many different countries, backgrounds, religions, ect. All are ecstatic about FINALLY being a American. ( And all are hard workers) My point is this, in talking to the organization, these people lived a average of 1 1/2 years in a refugee came here while the slow process took place... but they did it.. the right way. They did not sneak in.. swim a river to get here.. hide in a truck.. they did it legally. The are "on the book".. they contribute to the U.S., in taxes, ect. So, what are we telling people like this, that the ones who sneak in are just as welcome? That their 1 1/2 year wait was a waste of time? |

US is a bit unique due to its size and population.
In EUrope there are open borders between the countries, just like the borders between our states,, because their countries are about the same size and possibly to do with the conditions in those countries not being different enough for masses to want to try to sneak from one to another. In US, however, we have the situation of having a very impoverished country with no natural border (like a body of water) separating it from a wealthy country. There is much more motivation for people to sneak between countries here 'for a better life'. that being said, the fact that people break immigration law(like they do EVERY law) is to be expected. The draw of a 'better life' is met by employers on the US side who hire those without the correct papers. I would much rather take the less costly route of ENFORCING punishment against the AMERICANS providing incentive AS WELL AS continuing to enforce laws at the existing borders. They are in our jurisdiction and under our laws to be held accountable. The idea of the costs of a wall with an expectation of 'making' Mexico pay for it, is a smoke screen and makes an example of the wrong people, as usual, the desperate and poor, while doing next to nothing about the wealthy and/or lazy who are either making profit from their very presence, or benefitting from having someone to use however they wish for an 'easier' time on themselves. |

that being said, the fact that people break immigration law(like they do EVERY law) is to be expected.
______________________________________________________________________ As is the ramifications of breaking the law, that is to be expected too. And in this case that means being deported. You sneak into someone's house.. you get arrested, right?.. why?.. because you have no right there. No different And no one is saying that Mexicans (or anyone else) can't live here. America is built on immigrants. And that should never change. But you have to come legally. They want a better life.. fine.. apply for it.. don't just take it. The main problem with illegals is you don't know anything about them.. or their background. You don't know if they were a criminal in their own country And with over 200,000 Latin gangbangers sitting in our prisons.. it would appear the cream of the crop is not the ones sneaking in.. wouldn't it. |
