I don't know, I'm not a man, lol.
But I'd say that in a healthy relationship neither partner stops dreaming. Depending what dreams you're talking about of course...

And depending what you mean by "practical". You mean a woman who basically takes over control? Like a manager, making all the decisions etc? Taking over the masculine principle?
In that case I do think the man will become unhappy, yes. And will either stop dreaming or withdraw and start dreaming about being without the masculine-energy woman again. And maybe eventually break free from her.

But your statement is a tad vague... not sure if that was what you meant to ask?

For when one stops dreaming one stops living...

Just cause one of your dreams is to find a partner then that dream may have been reached but in order to keep a partner one must still dream for all that may come in the future with that person.. So keep dreaming and keep that relationship going...
