Well its very clear I have strong women & a few strong fellas who safe to say you make your own mind who makes you happy. We live in a world where you have to stand on your 2 feet , its funny coming a guy that just admit that I like when mom likes the woman, but I'm no dummy, I no when to intervened or call "MMMMOOMMMYYY....."..lol

If you date someone your parents don't like, and you care about what they think, you can pay a high price for that. It happened to me back in 2014. I started dating someone mom didn't like (after a couple of months I understood she saw something that I didn't...) I suffered on both fronts... that guy gave me a really hard time and mom stopped talking to me for months. I think I will take her experience and wisdom into account next time. Mothers have that 6th sense out of loving their children, I think.

I go out of my way to date people my parents would not approve of...lol..

. My parents picked each other I don't think they have very good taste..lol

eyeam, Its very subjective depending upon the judgment people have shown in the past

at this point in my life, I trust my parents judgment enough to seriously consider their REASONS and slow things down, at the very least,,,

yeah i do all the time, and every time i end up in trouble, and of course every time my mum says "i DID warn you !!"

but with help of my ultra mega vip super brain, i found the solution, i will not tell mum about my boyfriends, she will not know
so she will not dislike

I don't believe when I was very young my dad had any opinions... who I liked or brought over ...then came the one he did not like ... never even met him ... he was from NY ... I left home for him & even married ... and all my father said to me was you are welcome to come back anytime... his door was always open just for me ...

My girl of virtue, yes I'm the same way baby girl, mom always got my back. Everything she taught me and incorporated in my decision making. Now don't get me wrong, its something's mom can't rescue me from but its nice to have that approval once in a while.
