well folks.. it's that time agin..

Morning all~~~~ coffee/hot water is ready....

we have cloudy but clear here today.. there was a bit of sun.. but not enough to grow much.. actually.. the only leaves I rake is for my pine tree out front.. I mulch'em then use'em as a "root/trunk blanket" just prior to winter.. I cheat tho.. I use the leaf blower for that 
well.. chores are done fer the day.. tamarra's anudder day for...?? whatever tamarra brings 
I discovered 2 NEW raccoons last night.. up to 6 now  so I made 2 new coon bowls.. keeps'em outta ma garbage (yup.. even with the new 'animal proof bins' that don't work cuz the animals are smarter than the bin makers LOL) AND stops'em from diggin up ma lawn  soo worth the few $$/month on dry pet food
Awe suppose to be cloudy here today and not above 66. I actually had to turn the heat on this morning it was 63 in the house.. So had to raise that a few degrees... Haha I bought a small hand held leaf blower that is awesome and really light.. I use it to blow all the leaves into my flower bed in front of my driveway to protect the plants in that flower bed in what little winter we have. I have Wandering Jew planted in that flower bed.. Works great then I just clean it out and throw the leaves away since it is not by the grass.. That is kewl on the raccoons.. yea they are really smart hard to keep them out of trash cans.. Not much they can't get into.. I feed a couple feral cats keeps the mice away lol they even hang out under my house at times.. And well the opossums keep the fleas/ticks down in my yard.. So yea I feed/water them too.. |

Hoppy Easter peeps'n lurkers
another crazy windy night here.. so windy we lost power.. plus it poured rain most of the night.. that wind tho was wild'n scary  kept waking up to check everything was still where it was supposed ta be.. luckily fer me most of me stuff is tied down.. at least the things that can fly away are only one casualty.. my garbage bin.. the recycle bin is full so it didn't more at all.. tomorrows recycle pick up tho..
anywho.. dull'n grey again here.. rainy.. blah day.. good day for cooking/baking and chores.. then snuggling under a big blankey on the comfy sofa for a movie day

Awe yea sure all my grandkids will have a hay day hunting eggs and being with family... Seems they are all out doing their own thing year... Ohh well I have plenty to do around the house..
Just finished eating breakfast Mexican Omelet, crispy crown potatoes, bacon & coffee... 
Even got my ironing board hung back up while fixing breakfast.. Humm now time to get the dolly to get the 4 cases of water out of my car and into the kitchen..

Happy Easter to All
Rained heavy last night so had to visit the Church this morning. Just had a basic breakfast of ham bacon and eggs on hot Cross buns with a glass of OJ... May just go back to bed , but too many messages coming in now .....well.... Have a great day |

Humm Slim Happy Easter...now a nap sounds pretty good...
Think I'm gonna head to my recliner and watch a bit of tv before I attempt getting all the mulch out of my car to take to the flower beds.. 
I did go out with the dolly and brought in 4 cases of water from my car to the backdoor. I could only load 2 at a time.. 40 packs of water are not light Got those in place and that corner all fixed like I want it...

I don't do church anymore.. too many years being forced ta go turned me off to ever returnin.. mind you.. I do for special occasions, typically funerals these days cuz not many get married anymore.. but I say ma prayers every day..

 Naw shining penny moment again.. Got sidetracked...
Went outside to empty my car, since I work tomorrow. Got all 6 bags of mulch in the area I need to spread them.. Will spread another day..Put the big bag of potting soil on the enclosed porch.. Then figured I better put dinner on since I skipped lunch..
Well then figured if I was going to separate all the meats I bought I needed to do that now so I could put them in the freezer.. So seal a meal time it was.. Got that all done and put up.. Just waiting on on dinner to finish..

I did a bunch of lil things then jumped in the shower after changing all the linens on ma bed.. think I'll go stretch out fer a bit.. get off me feets and relax.. work tomorrow?? what.. yer brother doesn't give you a 4 day Easter weekend?? pfffft.. noice of him huh LOL *wink* |

Humm decided after I ate to go look at what I have done in the front yard.. Bad choice that only lead me to dumping out all the bags of mulch and spreading them.. Hey at least the flower beds are done..
