A Tennessee high school teacher was suspended Thursday after students reported to school officials last week that they were shown an “inappropriate film” in class.
Jackson-Madison Consolidated School District Superintendent Verna Ruffin told The Jackson Sun Wednesday that the film shown in class was “Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence).” “Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)” is the sequel to the horror picture “Human Centipede.” In this film, a man gets obsessed with the “Human Centipede” movie and tries to create his own centipede. The 2011 film was temporarily banned in the United Kingdom and had also been banned for a short time in Australia. It is banned in New Zealand. The film has also been referred to by some as “torture porn,” according to The Sun. “Upon learning of an alleged movie viewing, the district immediately launched an internal investigation regarding the alleged viewing of an inappropriate film at Jackson Central-Merry High School,” the press release said. “This investigation is ongoing. At the time the incident was reported, the teacher was immediately suspended and remains suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.” Ruffin didn’t say why the students were watching the film or how much they saw of it. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/04/30/tennessee-high-school-teacher-suspended-for-showing-human-centipede-2.html |

Ruffin didn’t say why the students were watching the film or how much they saw of it.
That seems kind of relevant. I mean huge difference between: "All right you little f'ers, we're watching this entire movie today because I got totally drunk last night and I'm all hungover and need a nice long nap. I grabbed this instead of Guardians of the Galaxy on my way out. Deal with it!" vs. "Today in world events we're going to discuss horror movies and ethics and censorship. Here is part of a small scene from the movie Centipede 2 that caused it to be banned in the U.K. Is censorship ok? This scene shows 2 people sewn together. Now here's a clip from the Discovery channel on plastic surgery and tummy tucks as well as the story of conjoined twins being surgically separated. Now why is one censored and the other one is shown on prime time basic t.v.? Why do today's youth love horror movies, but not documentaries that offer the same scenes? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?" that's important too,,,lol |

2 girls 1 cup was gross....human centipede 1 was pretty messed up...human centipede 2 was disturbing...my assumption would be the teacher is a severe drug addict or off the schizo meds, something along those lines... to show THAT movie in a classroom is pretty insane

lol apparently it was to teach u what to do if ur bullied...well you would have to watch a good chunk of that movie to catch on to that...yup teacher is insane...ya gotta see the movie to really understand but you'll need a high tolerance for disturbing images
