HUGE salad...Romaine with chop carrot, pea pods, radish, etc... Then I made made a thin slice pepper pork on the side and threw it on top with a dash of olive oil and red wine. I love a good salad. HA

It's a beautiful day here in Fabulous Lincoln City ! So after I got all my errands done I decided to stop at my local grocery store and buy some shrimp that is on sale and then I got the idea hey shrimp tacos, I've had a hankering for tacos all week and I've never eaten shrimp tacos, they turned out surprisingly good, saute the shrimp in a little olive oil some garlic powder a little lime juice a dash of green taco sauce grated up some pepper jack cheese , finely sliced cabbage red and green (ok I cheated I bought the green coleslaw already shredded, but I did shred the red cabbage) chopped up a tomato, a little diced onion, cut up some fresh cilantro threw it all onto a flour tortilla YUMMY!

[quodeliciouaw veggies with marinated tofu... Had delicious swallow meal of fufu and equsi/bitterleaf soup made by mom .. . .only moms can pamper one with a traditional delicacy like this....I am visiting her.. Lol
