Ah yes. As always, I can only answer for me, not all men. But I know why SOME men have a hard time admitting they were wrong. It varies too.

Sometimes it's just ego. Embarrassment. The more energy s person puts behind insisting they are sure of something, the more embarrassed they are likely to be when it's clear they were mistaken.

But much more important, in the many little contests and battles between people in relationships, is that most such battles are not isolated. They are connected to lots of other things in the relationship.

That means that admitting you are wrong about one thing, might make you think you are going to lose a whole string of points, and have to argue everything all over again, or give up on all kinds of stuff.

If you are one of those who jump on someone who DOES admit a mistake, and you try to use their admission to get them to allow you MORE "victories," you will make things much worse.

I'm thinking here of things such as, if I tell person X that I am sure that I put the keys on the peg, but find I actually put them next to the toaster, then admit my mistake, SOME versions of person X will afterwards use the admission that I misremembered where I put my keys, to declare that I must be wrong about other things, that I have NOT gotten wrong.

Anyway. Bottom line, some men are, some aren't bad at admitting mistakes.

Why do some men handle unrequited feelings from a woman so.badly? Some get rude, some sulk around and some even throw tantrums.

Its almost as if they are shocked at the nerve of a woman who refuses to like them back

i can easily survive if no more person insults me for the next 6 months lol

I dont get insulted a lot in emails but i get a lot of sulking from the guys i meet in real life. And i slways refuse them politely!

my people are good about it and (because of location) they mail me badly a lot.

Natural looking , well shaped and full....thats what I look at...yeah, and the eyebrows should try to look like that to...

Not a fan of drawn on eyebrows, my only preference is that they do not connect above the nose...

Natural looking usually, don't like a false look on a woman.
But saying that, they have to compliment her eyes, if she has luscious eyes then i tend not to notice eyebrows etc
