"Before acting on a decision a lot of men internalize their thinking, keep it to themselves, rather than bounce things off others, only voicing their decision when they're ready to commit and take responsibility for it."


If I had to come up with a stereotype I would say something more like
"Women tend to use verbal communication and relationships in their thought and decision making process.
Whereas many men will come to a decision before voicing it, more women than men won't make a final decision until they've had a chance to talk about it with someone."

Seriously the smallest thing sets me off.. let's take this topic for an example..lol... emotionally I don't know how to feel about the question..

I hope people learn how to manage their own feelings and not blame others for how they feel as our feelings come from our own interpretation of what others say and are not our feelings but those of others who seek to manipulate us with our lack of emotional ownership for their own means and ends.. For example if I want to demonstrate how one can be in control of ones feelings consider the following I will give you 1000 dollars if you let me call you every dirty name I can imagine for ten minutes and then at the end and you do not respond to my nasty comments you get the 1000. Would you not agree to listen and then get the payoff? This demonstrates that a person can control their emotions if they choose to own then. More importantly, being able to manage ones feelings is much more valuable than a measly 1000...

The first step to owning ones own feelings is to acknowledge them . This is called emotional introspection for until you know what you feel and what that means to you, your continued ignorance is assured and easy manipulation of your emotions easily imposed...
