I am like thunderbear. I haold doors and wait for people to enter. It was how I was brought up. Too manu rude people out there. The other day I was at the convo store it a a drive thru on it. There was 1 person working a friend on mine named Anita. These 2 guys came throught the drive through and bought 6 12 packs of soda and 2 cases of beer. I helped her get it all to their car. Why would you do that? Go inside and get your stuff. I live way out in the country and this store gets my business all the time. I know everyones name that works there.

Well a good guy should not have to say he is a good guy his actions should speak for him. A good guy does not ask for respect as it is given to him freely. A good guy does not ask how he looks , as he has knows who he is. maybe you cant find the good guys cause they figure they dont have to say they are good guys, because they have pride.

Thunderbear is right!!! I hold doors for any women old, young, disabled whatever. I'll go one further and say that when I am with a lady I pull her chair for her to sit in. I don't do it for any other reason than that's what my parents taught me. I also am a person who says yes ma'am no ma'am that kind of thing. I have been that way since I was old enough to hold the door open. I don't know if I am a "nice guy" but I am conciderate and try to be upstanding. My problem is I don't own a 'vette or make 6 figures from my job. Where do I go to meet a nice lady??? I only go to bars to watch the game. Dating thru bars never works for me.
