Same here, it's starting to get old and tiring. Most lead you on for a day to four days then BAM!!! I need money for something.

putting your Number in your Profile is making sure every Scammer and his Uncle can contact you!
Could remove it!

When I figure it out I ask them for money before they get a chance . They never write back ! Quite amused with it

Welcome to Mingle. I never really had this problem till I upgraded to the Premium membership. Nice thing though if you don't fall for their bait the scammers usually go away. I took my photo down and I still get tons of replies. I sincerely wished that Mingle had some sort of filtering system. If they do it sucks. Usually if the girl looks to good to be true, maybe she is. I mean models and movie stars messaging me, really!!! If you right click the photo and go to Google search this image, you can sometimes find out the identity of a stolen photo. Keep in mind though, most of the scammers are usually men. What fun is that!!! I have never met a scammer on the forums though.

Sorry for double posting though you have an interesting take. I may even try it myself. I may go down to the Walmart get a Tracphone put my new number on the profile as well as text the scammers that contact me and have fun with them like say 2:30 in the morning. When I get off of work.

Not 2:30 am there all 8 hrs ahead of us do it around 5 pm to 9 pm

We are really sorry that you are running into this issue. The Site has a Report/Abuse System in place that all members are required to use to report such issue.

If you do not know how to report you can use the e-mail they sent you look to the bottom right click on Report/Abuse/Spam and follow the directions. These reports go straight to Admin. Mods do not handle Scammers only Admin does.

Another way you can report them is on their profile to the right you will see Report This User click on that and follow the instructions.

We rely on members to help us by reporting them. Many do slip by us and we need members to help by reporting.

We ask that the Forums not to be used for this problem due to we have a Report System which is noted in the Forum Rules.

With that said this thread is being locked. We ask that all Members use the Forums strictly for getting to know those that post within the forums.
