I heard there is a Carl's Jr joint in my town now... so I'm thinking of a burger from there this afternoon.. hope they are good... I consider myself a hamburger connoiseur...so we will see.

I made a dijon crusted bone in pork chop with romesco sauce, a grilled white corn smashed potato and a grilled pear and kale salad with a maple vinaigrette.

i cooked broccoli together with some other veggies. a v ordinary pot dish, nothing speacial with it.

for tomorrow i am thinking of cooking potato+carrot balls stuffed with yellow cheese in one of the recipes it shows egg in the ingredients list, in one other it does not. i am going to cook them in oven, so i thought egg may not be required. if they were to be fried, i would need egg to keep their shapes firm - i think.. it is supposed to look sth like this

my stuffed cabbage rolls was a disaster :s i am normally pretty good at kitchen, i dont know how i made such a mistake :S

tried greek food from Mr. Greek....it was not bad, but the price was ridiculous .....could have gotten two Chinese take-out meals for that price.....not going back there again...lol

I had Asian Lettuce Wraps, they were wonderful! Had the recipe from my girl.
