^^^^Sounds yummy. I am making what I like to call my "New York Special" hero. Prosciutto, Genoa salami, imported provolone, marinated red peppers, marinated mushrooms. fresh tomatoes, and lettuce with tarragon vinegar and olive oil on fresh baked Italian bread. I will wash it down with a Flying Dog Raging B***h IPA.

Salad tonight: Cucumbers, baby corn, fresh mushrooms, roma tomatoes, sweet onions, fresh mozzerella balls, new york sharp cheddar & pickled hot sausage chunks tossed with x-virg olive oil and basalmic vinegar. Added sea salt and cracked black peppercorns
