Is there anyone out there that is an artist in some way?

Musician?

Someone who likes to draw? Paint?

Potter? Ceramics?

I for one love to do all the above. I try to learn piano, though not so great at it, and also learning guitar, but again not so good at it. I LOVE to draw and paint, and LOVE to share my works with people in hopes of some kind of constructive criticism, good or bad, so I know what I've done well and what I need to improve on. Anyone else like that? What about painting? I love to paint all kinds of pictures, especially portraits.

I really love to draw and also write songs.

Does photography count as artistry? Well I can play guitar and I have an ear for perfect pitch, since both my parents are musicians. (Violin, Piano).

Back in the old days (around the time of the Civil War), I used to be in a few bands, playing guitar, bass, and keyboards. Probably wrote about 200 songs in that time. I'm not a great artist but I have done some comic strips that were published in a few fairly obscure magazines, and there are 3 that I know of that are still on a website.

Now, all I do is write stories, and construct little lizard-monsters out of tape dispensers. Somebody has to do it....

I do art in general.
Mainly drawing and playing the drums.

when I have the funds, I paint, otherwise I draw & stuff like that. I have done pottery (mainly slab art cuz I stink at the wheel) and painted ceramics, but they were in classes. No money to do so on my own. If I could, I would, though! I do photography, too, my fave. The visual stuff is a little oxymoronic cuz I am visually impaired. Fun anyway.

Used to draw when in highschool using pencil or just plain crayons and Ive been in different competitions, I remember Ive won in some Now I still draw using Adobe Photoshop, its a great thing, I once dreamed to be a computer graphic artist but now I just discovered I do arts in cooking

PS: My bf is also a cook at the same time an artist, he draws portraits and fantasy arts, anyone who would want their pics drawn? LOL, just contact me OOOppss!

Although...Friday night karaoke is my favorite 'art' of all time...!

Wow a lot of artists here. I would love to see some of the work some of you have done as far as drawings and paintings are concerned. I have just finished one of my greatest works (At least 3 people have said so) It is of my favorite musician, Taylor Hanson, and people have told me that they can't even tell the difference between the actual photo and the drawing.
