a little thought
what am I thinking
enough to change
the world around

I know I ought
one might be asking
help me move
this tiny rock

oh stone in ground
so tightly seated
why can't I move
or dig you out

are you to stay
and I don't know it
why do I try
to figure out

they once said

is that enough
enough for me

did I hear
am I listening
to the words
I need to be

a little thought
then turned a boulder
large so large
for all to see

we all have
the words of wisdom
mother Mary
come to me

just a band
I think not
two are gone
and two survive

speech so clear
and yet not
who can hear
these words of life

we still listen
your always there
speaking words
ever near

yes half are gone
and half are here
we will never forget
