I had a date with a guy to go to Las Vegas for a weekend.
When he cancelled he gave me all the tickets and accommodations, so a gf and I went instead. Got to see Elvis live. I do not remember that guy's name even :-) |

All off my best dates were with men I was already in a relationship with & went some where, (once for 11days), with NO phone or communication devices, TV etc..
* Do NOT do this ladies, unless you trust that guy with your life * |

well let's see now...
it was many many moons ago and her name was donna. we went to dinner after a group function and the next thing i knew the manager was at our table asking if he and the help could please go home. so we blushingly headed for the parking lot and our cars. the next thing i knew we were watching the sunrise through the tears in our eyes and the stitches in our sides from giggling the rest on the night away. |

Every date I go on with the one I'm with now is the best date I've ever been on.

That was my first date after I'd split up.
Really nice guy, we met in the mall for coffee, did some cultural stuff and nosing around shops. He liked books as much as I did. Intelligent guy. We had a late lunch in a restaurant. Good conversations, both in depth and lighthearted. He had a real interest in me and what I had to say. It all seemed great, but I didn't feel 'it' for him. Chemistry wasn't right. Or maybe I wasn't ready, dunno. Anywho, didn't work out for me, even though the date itself was good. |

he took me to a church function, to meet his family with whom he was very close, to dinner and a movie, all the while pulling out chairs, opening doors, even giving me his jacket
he turned out to be too good to be true, but I honestly have to say that date was AMAZING,,,, |

Any date when the conversation is good and you're enjoy each others company and you forget the time, until the sun comes up. I've had a couple of those before.

I met a girl when I was a bartender years ago and we went to a Mexican restaurant and then to a country western bar, it was far from fancy but the food, the conversation, the music and how pretty that girl was with the flower in her hair and her cute cowboy boots, I will never forget that perfect night.
