Topic: sex after gym? ...and I thought you go to the gym when you couldn't have sex.... Exactly what I thought ... that working out helps to lower a man's testosterone and adrenaline levels. Maybe the OP doesn't do enough in the gym.

Sex has always been better when working out compared to not. I've been active most of my life but not consistent but the past year its been full time hard training & it definitely gives an amazing sex life too

Exactly what I thought ... that working out helps to lower a man's testosterone and adrenaline levels. Hahahaha that is the lamest thing i've heard. Working out & weight lifting INCREASE a man's testoserone not the other way. Whoever told u the opposite is a dum s*hit. Testoserone builds muscle & working out & training hard release it in.a man. A weight training natural man will be more manly then most & has higher testosterone, sex drive & manliness

Proven fact, women are 5 times more likely to be horny after an intense workout at the gym and it has nothing to do with checking out anyone. Yep. It has to do with an increase in blood flow and testosterone. That's exactly what it is. (Being a nurse, I know. lol)

sex after gym? Right like this is the top priority on my list of things to do right after gym... Not hardly... I want shower and rehydration... How horny u women get when working out at gym ..checking out the guys with hot bodies? What gym have you been going to, this is too funny.Women that I know aren't there to check out the guys we are there to work our bodies, and frankly don't care what others are doing unless they are hogging a machine etc....

I never check out chicks while i'm in beast mode at the gym coz its war with me and the weights. But what annoys me is dudes trying to have business proposal conversations with me while i'm trying to train .

At my gym it is not unheard of for people to have sex at the gym .. Lmao .. In The spa pool .. One reason I never had a soak after a workout .. Men are incredible Why men are incredible? Who are these incredible men having sex with?

I remember lying on a bench at the gym .. Preparing to do bench press and a guy came over and offered to spot me . I reached back to grab the bar and accidentally grazed his testicles . He said ... has been awhile since anyone has done that . I got the giggles and could not do my set The man's a genious!!! Got a free feel and the bench!
