For me, it doesn't matter...however, i am finding that a LOT of guys don't really like the woman to be the initiator, no matter what they say.

I will send a first contact with no reservations if I want to. I HAVE been told that they wanted to be the aggressor, so no thanks. laugh

I LIKE for him to be the aggressor sometimes, but not necessarily ALL THE TIME. Like everything else in my relationship perspective, it should be roughly 50/50. happy

What's your thoughts on this.
I'm might be an old romantic and like to make the first move but sometimes if a female makes the first move it gives a guy more confidence.

What do you all prefer?

I guess I am a bit weird, because I can't remember who makes the first move, since most of my relationships have grown out of friendships that kind of evolved into something more.

I think if it is mutual then who cares.

Should the guy always make the first move?

No.
Women should just wear white T-shirts with a sharpie attached to it by string and tape and if a guy is interested he should write his name and number or email address.

That's a good way to know his intentions.

If he signs near the boobs, he wants sex.
If he signs near the stomach he wants babies.
If he signs near her face it's love at first sight and he's too focused on her face.
If he signs on the back she knows to avoid him because she was running away.

I'm might be an old romantic and like to make the first move

Making the first move really has little to do with being "romantic."

sometimes if a female makes the first move it gives a guy more confidence.

Only if he finds her attractive.

What do you all prefer?

Oh..."prefer"?

Well then, what I would "prefer" is Drew Barrymore to come to my house in some kind of complicated, strappy, satin and lacey lingerie and stiletto heels, holding a fresh and hot peach cobbler, asking me if she could get filthy doing my yardwork and cleaning my house before we shower together.

That's what I'd "prefer."

Otherwise, there's just what happens or what I choose to personally do based on personal desire.

ummm lemme think on this one..if we are talking and dating and really hitting it off and we both feel a strong connection then..it's probably gonna be him that makes first contact..after that anything goes so look out bigsmile

most always questions are a NO

very few things are ALWAYS the case

some women like the man to make the move, some women like shy guys,,,,

I would never approach a man. I guess I'm old fashion.

I think most women like to make the man think he is making the first move but it would almost be grounds for getting your woman card suspended if you can not somehow get across the idea to make the "first" move.

It don't matter as long as both are interested in each other imo....

Yes

That's why I always have my date kit at the ready

1. night vision goggles
2. rope
3. duct tape
4. munchies (could be a long stake out)
5. black hood
6. tranquilizers

Now I'm ready to make my move

bigsmile

I have made the first move before and it turned out to be a good thing. However, most of my relationships, like a lot of people on here, started out as friendships that naturally evolved.laugh
I think it depends on the people involved and the situation.
