Topic: female massage therapist, required right NOW!!!!!!!!!!

I spent the whole day loading the truck at the shop where i work. MOnday we have an instalation of huge kitchen. My back is destroyed. I require some attention for my back ASAP. Don't me go to the street to find it out. just joking

ICE it and take some ibuprofin for the swelling of the soft tissue in the discs. Motrin works best. Ice on and off every 20 minutes for the rest of the day. keep up the ibu tomorrow. should work
