QUOTE: I don't think Camille Cosby will be of any help in this case. This classy intelligent woman is reduced to a vacuous entity anytime she sits next to her husband for an interview. She is a textbook study in cognitive dissonance. I feel almost as sorry for her as I feel for the rape victims. The whole thing is depressing on so many levels :( She is also known as his " tough as nails" business manager for his entire career. She knew what he was doing. She knew of the pay-offs as well. She turned the other cheek. 45+ years. That is a lot of cheeks & a lot of cash. Plus she didn't raise a eyebrow when he was going to his gynecologist to get Quaaludes?... I have been waiting to see if any media would bring up the possibility of her own criminal involvement. None have. (But people don't like to think of women that way), Statistics say most rapists are married & or live with a woman. Possible,(perhaps not probable), she could have a lot more involvement (than just being dysfunctional ). |

Possible,(perhaps not probable), she could have a lot more involvement (than just being dysfunctional ) There is a money trail, there are checks to people and to entities that were made to keep people quiet. She was in charge of his entire business enterprise. And from his own account ( and others) she ran... everything. She knew what was going on. Had she not, she would have no objection to talking... because she would have no prior knowledge that would incriminate her husband. Her resistance to talk just solidifies what everyone( with the exception of 2 people on the earth) already know. Bottom line: she turned the other cheek as not to disrupt HER lavish lifestyle. In my opinion she is as cold and as calculating as her husband. Since she was part of his business team & his wife. Where was she when he brought these women to the HOUSE? Who reserved the hotel rooms next to his or on the same floor ? Who made the flight arrangements? Who cleaned up after these assaults in HER house? Her? A maid ? Who? Who paid the bills & seen the hotel bills? Dry cleaning bills / laundry bills? Did he throw away a bathrobe after each victim ? A million questions & Camille has 45+ years of answers. |

She threw poor Bill under the bus Nah... What everyone is saying is right. She had to have known about what was going on. And that would make her an accomplice. This just keeps getting better and better.. |

This just keeps getting better and better.. She probably did know. If she's smart she should cop a plea deal. Bill goes to prison, she keeps the money. If she's smart that is. |

Well with the both of them being so morally bankrupt, that seems like a feasible move on her part. Sigh... |

while I have no pity for him or his wife. I do for his kids and Grandkids.
Could you imagine if that was your Grandfather? I thought of that too. He has grown, educated , married daughters. Who would have nothing to do with their parents persona or criminal lives. They must be in a constant state of embarrassment & humiliation & confusion. Geez. I hope the media leaves the inoccent alone .. No matter what the parents did or didn't do. |

finance.yahoo.com Judge Grants Bill Cosby Accusers Access to Andrea Constand’s Case File Variety By Ted Johnson 29 minutes ago A judge says that attorneys for seven women who are suing Bill Cosby for defamation should get some access to the case file of the lawyer for Andrea Constand, even though she settled in a confidential agreement with the entertainer in 2006. U.S. District Judge Anita Brody wrote that “an agreement between two parties to keep materials confidential cannot block the disclosure of those materials to third parties in discovery.” The seven women — Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie — have accused Cosby of sexual assault in a defamation lawsuit filed in Massachusetts in 2014. As part of discovery for their litigation, they subpoenaed the case file for Dolores Troiani, the attorney who represented Constand, a Temple University employee who sued Cosby in 2005, alleging sexual assault and other claims. The next year, Constand reached a confidential settlement agreement with Cosby. The seven women are seeking the file as they gather evidence to try to prove that their accusations are true. Cosby’s attorneys have made a defamation counter-claim, contending that the women’s accusations tarnished his “honorable legacy and reputation” by “willfully, maliciously and falsely accusing Mr. Cosby of multi-decade-old purported sexual misconduct.” Troiani did not object to the subpoena. But Cosby’s attorneys sought to quash it, arguing that there was no “compelling justification” requiring disclosure of “these confidential materials.” They also argued that not everything in the case file was relevant to the plaintiff’s action, and that production of the file would “subject a person to undue burden.” Brody, however, noted that the seven women suing Cosby “never agreed to the confidentiality of these materials.” “The public reaps no benefit by allowing settlement agreements to suppress evidence,” she wrote. Brody limited the release of the case file to materials pertaining to the seven women plaintiffs and other witnesses. She granted Cosby’s motion to prevent the release of “any other subject matter.” Cosby also is facing criminal charges stemming from the Constand case, after a Pennsylvania prosecutor filed charges in December. A preliminary hearing has been put on hold as Cosby’s attorneys pursue an appeal to have the case dismissed. Brody rejected his attorneys’ argument that disclosure of the case file would “assist the prosecution and impair his ability to get an impartial jury” in the criminal case because the Montgomery County, Pa., district attorney already has a copy of the file. She did grant American Media Inc.’s motion to redact information in the case file that pertains to a settlement amount that the National Enquirer paid to Constand. The Enquirer was also named in Constand’s civil litigation over a story published at the time. Brody also granted Cosby’s motion to quash the subpoena to disclose the confidential settlement agreement itself. The judge said she would appoint a special master to review the materials. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/judge-grants-bill-cosby-accusers-access-andrea-constand-185808389.html/ |

Wonder who is more guilty, Bill, or the institutions that's selling our crop land away to foreign companies?
You can count on Corporate America to put immediate profits first last and always. They tend to figure patriotism is for suckers, like morality, (unless you get caught, or can point to a competitor's moral issues). I wonder if Cosby's biggest problem is that his financial importance to corporate bottom lines has run out, and they are no longer helping him hide? |

Cosby dropped his defamation case against Beverly Johnson. Seems even his " high powered" legal ream, now said. Hmmm.. you know what Bill... we can't win that.... because if its the true... it's not defamation. http://i3.cpcache.com/product/1607925738/does_this_ass_trump_bumper_bumper_bumper_sticker.jpg?height=225&width=225 The case has been voluntarily dismissed at this time due to the pendency of the criminal proceedings in Montgomery County, PA, which impede Mr. Cosby's ability to fully participate in litigating the civil case against Ms. Johnson,” a Cosby spokesman said in a statement. “We fully expect to re-file the complaint against her prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations." |

Hugh Hefner called to testify in Bill Cosby case
Compiled by Martha Ross Hugh Hefner has been asked to testify in one of the however many sexual assault cases pending against Bill Cosby. Attorney Gloria Allred revealed Wednesday she plans to depose the Playboy founder next month in a sexual battery civil suit involving her client Judy Huth, the New York Daily News reported. Huth claims Cosby, 78, assaulted her inside the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15. She is among the more than 50 women who have come forward to say Cosby sexually assaulted them over the decades. Cosby currently faces three criminal counts of aggravated indecent assault in Pennsylvania for a 2004 incident involving Andrea Constand, a former employee at Temple University where Cosby was on the board of trustees. Cosby also faces claims in a half dozen civil suits in several states. Allred revealed her plans to depose the aging Hefner in a Santa Monica courtroom Wednesday, the Daily News said. With regard to Huth's case, Cosby's lawyers had asked the court to freeze the case, pending the outcome of his criminal case in Pennsylvania. The judge agreed to let Cosby indefinitely postpone his second deposition, which was scheduled for next week, but said depositions for other witnesses can proceed. Allred said she was anxious to get Hefner's account on the record as soon as possible. "Mr. Hefner is going to be 90 years old next week -- we need to proceed with his deposition," Allred said. http://www.reformer.com/celebrities/ci_29704690/hugh-hefner-called-testify-bill-cosby-case/ |

Youthful fun? He was drugging, molesting & raping for 40 years. (Maybe longer) In my country. A crime is a crime. And women & children have rights. He didn't care about the age of the children or the women. Or their lives. Or upholding the law or his family name or even his wife or career. No one cares how old he is. And neither does the law. |

http://www.news1130.com/2016/05/17/woman-cosby-hefner-abuse-playboy-mansion/ LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A former model who claims Bill Cosby sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 has filed a lawsuit against the comedian and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. The suit filed Monday in Los Angeles by Chloe Goins contends Hefner knew or should have known that Cosby had drugged and sexually abused women and enabled his behaviour. Goins, 26, claims Cosby spiked her drink when she attended a party at the Playboy Mansion sometime in 2008 and then abused her in a bedroom. Goins’ suit says she doesn’t know the exact date of the incident. As a result, it’s unclear if she was a minor at the time. The lawsuit says Goins does not remember specifics of the abuse and states that she awoke in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion with the comedian licking her toes and then pulling up his pants before leaving the room. She did not immediately contact police because a friend advised against it, the suit states. Her attorney, Spencer Kuvin, said Tuesday that he hopes to discover the exact date of the abuse now that Hefner is a defendant. The case was filed on Monday, when Goins was 25, to avoid missing a statute of limitations deadline, he said. Kuvin said Goins is not currently working and is in a safe place with her family. Prosecutors rejected filing a criminal case over her claims, in part because they couldn’t corroborate her account and because that statute of limitations had expired. Her suit claims Hefner knew, or should have known, that Cosby “over the years had a propensity for intoxicating or drugging young women and taking advantage of them sexually and against their will or while they were unconscious.” Messages left with Playboy spokeswoman Theresa Hennessey seeking comment from Hefner weren’t immediately returned Tuesday. A message sent to Cosby’s attorney, Monique Pressley, hasn’t been returned. Cosby is being sued by Goins for battery, gender violence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Hefner is accused of negligent infliction of emotional distress and conspiracy to commit sexual battery. Goins previously sued Cosby in federal court in Los Angeles in October then withdrew the case in February before the comedian responded to her allegations. Kuvin said the case was withdrawn so Hefner could be added as a defendant. The case was refiled in state court. In the initial suit, Goins accused Cosby of abusing her when she was underage. The Associated Press typically does not name people who say they were sexually abused, but Goins has spoken publicly about her allegations and used her name in the two civil cases she has filed. Cosby has been charged in Pennsylvania with sexually assaulting a former Temple University employee in 2004. The case is on appeal while Cosby’s lawyers argue their contention that the comedian cannot be prosecuted because he had an immunity deal with a former Montgomery County prosecution official. Cosby is also being sued by a woman who accuses the comedian of molesting her at the Playboy Mansion around 1974 when she was 15. Her attorneys have said they want to depose Hefner in that case. |
