In this day and age that is near impossible. There is good stress and bad stress. Good stress keeps you on your toes, bad.. wrecks havoc on your mind and body.

I found that you need to find a outlet and it could be most anything ( but something that you really enjoy doing). Then make a point of working that that into your daily or weekly schedule regardless of what you have going on.

Keep away from toxic situations and negative thinking.

Find an outlet for everything else, inward (prayer, meditation, exercise, etc) or outward (counseling, friends etc) whichever works.

Recognize the good in life. Be thankful and grateful for them.

Do the things you enjoy.

Be kind to others. Do something good for others in need.

1. Be rich. Not needing to care about the economy helps a lot.

2. Be physically attractive. Many studies have determined that attractive people are always more confident than unattractive people. Especially if they are rich as well.

3. Be naturally tasteful. Nothing calms the nerves better, than knowing your haberdashery is artistically coordinated.

4. Be born in a country that already thinks yours is a superior group, or at least as good as everyone else.

5. Have a natural desire to eat the foods which are best for your health. Being able to enjoy what you eat, without being concerned about how the food might impact you, is very relaxing.

6. Be lucky in love AND at cards. Winning even more money, and being able to trust that your mate wont lie or cheat is serenity itself.

What about what I read in another feed that golfers: "So if they hit a bad shot, they forget it by going back to the last great shot they hit and they think about that."

This is so great to hear and think about; thank you for golfers!

People also give up on dating. If you are giving up, message me. I will make sure that is not the case! No need to when there are so many kinds of people and places to visit with them. !!

To avoid stress:
Remove toxic people from your life.
Always prepare ahead of time.
Leave early.
Have a positive attitude at all times.
Find the positive or the lesson.
Be active and healthy.
Use supplements. Multi, fish oil, probiotics, b-vitamins and herbs are great for stress and relaxation.

Just a few of many tips.

only one way to avoid mental stress...don't breathe anymore...there will always be stress its unavoidable...life is a tricky puzzle. good luck keep calm and relax a little!
