To the politically correct self righteousness. What if your daughter or your mother was in the bathroom and Caitlyn had to use the bathroom. Would you be all right if he went to the same bathroom as your daughter or your mother? If it is all right for Caitlyn to use a woman's bathroom? Why not for a transgendered person who is preop to also use the bathroom? What if a young Caitlyn wanted to play professional tennis, would it be all right if he had surgery to gain an advantage to play women's tennis? Maybe we should have three bathrooms, one for men, one for women, and one for transgendered. Who says that transgendered people don't commit sexual crimes. Are they any different than heterosexual or homosexual people. Does transgendered surgery make you more better than the rest of the population? One other question, what if your preteen is in gym class, a guy decides he is now transgendered. Is he, I am sorry she will have your blessing to use the same locker room as your daughter. It is a slippery slope, and I think that Caitlyn is pushing us. May God bless Caitlyn.

The Kardashian family got to him...so to prove to himself that he was an equal or better & to get more spotlight...he became a woman...it could also be to compete with the rest of the women on that show in terms of fame & career

As with anything that has to do with issues that don't affect us directly but are issues that make us FEARFUL; there will be ugly naysayers and those that just ridicule his choice and now her life style decision...but she's paying for it in many ways...both financial and emotionally! Don't start with the "phobia" junk. Just because someone doesn't approve of something doesn't make them fearful. It's like saying your disapproval of your child's grades means you are afraid of the letter "C". And there are just as many "ugly yeasayers" that ridicule those that don't jump on the bandwagon they support. Don't ya get it? Neither of you is wrong - neither of you is right. The wo-man can do whatever he/she/it wants...and we can all make a choice to like it, not like it, or be indifferent to it. Either way, it changes NOTHING! I just think there may be more pressing matters in the universe than what size implants this man received. |

this is the same guy I grew up watching Mr. Jenna the great Olympian Icon...the Jenna & the Kardashian clans...imagine Kris Jenna... the clans(Jenna& Kardashian) If you grew up with the person, or if they were really all that important to your life....wouldn't you call then "Jenner" rather than "Jenna?" Since the former is actually their name? what are your thinking or opinion on this issue My thinking is that it's not really an issue or relevant to anything at all. Now if someone decided they wanted to be something other than a man or woman, like deep down they felt they were an antelope, that would be an issue, especially if it was growing in frequency of occurrence. Other than that, it seems the news is "Caitlyn" is on the cover of Vanity Fair. My thinking or opinion on that issue is "people still buy magazines? Like paper with covers?" Dwindling circulation and the death of print media and what it means for celebrities is a more interesting and bigger issue than celebrating plastic surgery IMO. |

It's a shame, that he/she/it, didn't have the decency, to just fade away. Nothing to do with decency. According to all his family he is the most wonderful human being around, why should he hide? He, has done nothing wrong, but showed his journey. A great example for everyone. Discretion, is the better part of valor. It isn't so much what he did, it's the attention whoring and publicity he sought, in doing so. |
