Cap'n Crunch may have lied about his rank, but at least he's a real Naval officer. Uh, the commanding officer of any ship or submarine is called "Captain" regardless of the person's official rank. Admittedly, I don't know much about the Navy. But I do know that a Captain is the equivalent of a Colonel in the Army, and Cap'n Crunch's actual rank is Commander, which, if I remember correctly, is the equivalent of a Lieutenant Colonel. |
