that isy i moved my car dashboard cracked in half one week after being like a steady 115....that's when i decided i might wanna move somewhere else dry heat my ass that temp is a *****!!!

it's not that bad up here in Prescott, we have pine trees and such...37 degrees last night, 50 degrees right now.

I lived in chandler for most of my life ,when it hit 123% i knew it was time to get out of the valley ,then i moved to prescottvalley and found i didnt like plumbing in the snow
az is a great place to visit it has some realy beautiful places to see ...my daughter still lives in mesa so i,m sure i,ll be back |

I love it here. Heat and all. You all have fun shoveling the snow out of your driveways during the winter. Yea, it gets hot but no big deal, jump in the chopper, fly up to Flagstaff, maybe put a few coolers in the back, fly up to Heber, land in a meadow, go camping for the weekend, fly back down feeling relaxed.

Chad that definitely sounds like the way to beat the heat here. People keep asking me if I have gotten used to the heat. I don't think there is ANY way to get used to 120 degree heat.

I'm in Yuma, and its like I am exiled from civilization. But at least its cooled down! only 87 today, very nice.

Do you work at the Marine Corp Air Station down there Ten? I'd like to get a Gov. contract to fly OPFOR there. Yea..I know, good luck with that. I'll have to agree with you being exiled from civilization. That's a town you pass through on your way to the beach in San Diego, basically, just gas and go.

No, I don't work at the marine base. I own a media advertising company and a record company. Came here for the sunshine. Trying to make it a better place to stay. San Diego and Phoenix are equal distances from here, so fun can be had. I am preparing for the 100,000 snowbirds we will get in a month, right now!

I just try to have patience with driving. It did get frustrating back when I used to have to drive through it. So, since it looks like the singles meeting is a bust, what else is there to talk about? What's everyone here do???ooops, maybe I shouldn't ask that in an open forum. What's everyone drive??? Na, too materialistic and highschoolish. I've got nothing right now, anyone else?
