This selfie was taken just this morning. 
HONEST!!!! Hahahaha.. What is it that's floating round in Canadian air? Is it aurora borealis? Chem trails? Too much chlorine in drinking water? Must be something, you lot are all nutters? It esp seems to affect you guys?

Hahaha, just don't do any of them selfies no more. I prefer the more masculine you ... esp with my hormones going nuts

I have a feeling OP might have gotten burned. My friend actually met a girl online who put up fake pictures of a beautiful thin blonde. When he met her, she was about 300 lbs and he says she didn't even have a pretty face (I found that mean). My friend told me he didn't get mad at the girl just because she didn't look anything like he expected, he was angry because he was lied to and was already emotionally invested in a lie.
I understand why some ladies might want to put up another person's picture up because or a very old picture that doesn't even look like her anymore, but before doing that, you must ask yourself if you are planning on ever meeting one (or more) of the people you talk to online. If yes, it can be a very awkward situation when your date walks into the restaurant/caf� and doesn't even recognize you. Just be proud of who you are, and you'll know the guys who talk to you like you for you and not just because they were attracted to some sexy half naked pic that's on your profile. |

Since when does a shirt define a man? I am certain most every woman here has met a man in suit and tie that where totally jerks. When I see a woman in a bikini tastefully showing her body I don't judge her 
My first belly laugh for the day ....... he does not judge her...... 
You are right the shirt does not let us know if it covers a jerk or not. And please do not tell me (or anyone else) that you do NOT want to be 'judged' by women by showing your body. Of course you do - we ALL judge- we compare - we decide. We will, we do and we will never stop judging.

On topic- Personally I have manipulated my pic - with effects, purely to make sure that the scammers cannot use it. Personal privacy is a big issue for a lot of people. I wish more ppl would message and get to know someone and then ask to see a more recent pic - IF and when you have a better idea of them.

Nice post 4Sure, even so, I don't think anyone has to explain why they choose the profile pictures they choose...If they want to use an avatar or icon, that's their business....If they want to pose with their shirts off, who cares...if they want to post old pictures that don't define the way they look today, let em...If they want to use photoshopped images of themselves, oh well...It's their profile and their business...Personally, I make a concerted effort to post flattering pics cause I'm shallow that way....

True...I don't mind graduation pics etc..or artistic work on the pics..it's kind of cute...as long as they are yours. Stealing pictures of others...is not so cool...but it also tells about them..;-) |
