I am very keen in tennis. I love playing and of course watching matches as well. I am able to discuss tennis day and night. It would be nice to meet people like me. We can discuss here matches, players, ranking. Btw, i am a Rafa's fan:-)

Well I think all men have same reason.
But I was writing about being a fan of this sport. Not only eatching leggs och tennis players.

I like to watch tennis when I can. Djokovic is different class, with Federer a close second. Nadal is injury prone. I grudgingly concede that Murray aint bad but he has had a charisma by-pass. Jankovic is my favourite female player but she seems to choke in the second week of grand-slams

I am a fan of tennis. i just don't get to watch it like i used too.
i can no longer play it though. grrr

i have a bad hip and need a hip replacement. my right rotator cuff/shoulder was actually injured many years ago and it stopped me from playing tennis. then i fell and slapped out lie in aikido and managed to reinsure the shoulder causing a tear. gulp, ouch, grrr lol.

RAPHAEL IS NICE I LIKE HIM, obviously i like his nemesis federer too, and a few others. of course venus is my fave in womens tennis. i just wish i could give her some alternative coaching starting at least 5 years ago. her issues are all involving her mentality/heart/spirit. it's obvious she has all the physical skills in spades

i came up in the bjorn borg era, that included jimmy connors, john McEnroe,
Ilie Năstase, & Guillermo Vilas. andre agassi, ivan lendl, mats wilander and a few others were the next wave; leading to pete sampras etc.

Back then i modeled my game after borg mainly, i had a 2 hand and normal forehand. my backhand topspin & slice were good as well as my volley skills and serve. the match i played with Virgil Love was what inspired me to practice more.

i was whipping him pretty effortlessly that day and was in the zone. he called off the end of the match as he was losing badly. sO HE SAID IT WAS TOO DARK lol. i reminded him that we had played in darker conditions many times before lol. Virgil was a beast in non-tournament play. in tournament play he would choke though.

At least now i have a tv and can watch occasionally/more often.

I used to play tennis as a teenager. I was rubbish but had a couple of mates who were really good soIi stood at the other side of the net and got it back the best I could.I didn't have a specialist shot apart from crashing it into the net every other shot,lol

Well apart from having no charisma and keep hitting it over the net until his opponents have to take a risky shot I guess he has done well. I don't mind the fact that Britain's No 1 golfer is Northern Irish in fact the lad has won me a few quid in the past.I aint got nothing against the Scots in fact I met a very nice Scottish lady a few weeks back in Liverpool. Not seeing her again but lets just say it was both our birthdays on the same day and we had a good one
