I use a kitchen implement to shred garlic and parmesan cheese, which I hate. It really is the grater of two evils.

I try not to stray away from the instructions in my recipe book.

I used sage after a date had been in my house. Not cause I felt saucy, but to get rid of this negative, unpleasant energy he'd left behind ..
So yes, it should be in the mix, even though I don't like it ..
