No.certified paralegal. And I would expect someone reaching for the gun to be shot in that process. NOT after trying to Runaway

Ah, but you assume that Brown was running away when he was shot, instead of running toward the police officer.

In one frame of overhead filming, two cop cars are on fire.

A Walgreens has been set on fire after being broken into; the neighboring Aaron's and US Bank have been broken into, also.

True. I do find it more likely someone who has run from shots keeps running, hides or gives in.then it is they decide to turn and charge the bullets. Silly mehappy

Yep, the protesters are rioting because they didn't get the vengeance that they wanted.

Or the thugs taking advantage of the situation.

Nothing to be done now but organize to prevent and protect our kids in the future.

... such as teaching our kids not to attack a police officer who has stopped them.

That's just common sense. This thug was trying to be Billy bada$$.

What was it Dennis Leary said in the movie Suicide Kings? It's gotta be all that rap $hit. laugh

[/quote. And to wear body cameras. To record police confrontations, to raise arms high before turning around. To yell I give don't shoot...among many others

I am all in favor of police officers wearing body cameras.

I suspect that Michael Brown had been taught the right things to do but simply chose not to do them.

That and I am sure the drugs they found in his system didn't help.

The news I'm watching is now reading the officer's testimony of the events; VERY different and VERY threatening, including grabbing the officer's gun after pulling it and being told to get down. He grabbed the gun barrel and shoved it into the officer's hip and leg.

Officer Wilson told Mr. Brown at least 3 times to get down and he continued to struggle and come at him.

Of course, the officer obviously lied. The eyewitnesses, who later admitted they didn't see the whole thing, reported only what they'd heard (from others) happened and/or changed their stories, are telling *The Truth*.

Oh, a Dollar Store is now being looted.

I know he did a lot wrong from five finger discount to bullying to fighting with officer/resisting arrest. At some point he may have avoided death though. I have seen it happen on every episode of cops when someone ran initially. And lived to be restrained or give up.

I love how you make out FELONY STRONG ARM ROBBERY and classify it as a Misdemeanor Petty Theft. There is a HUGE difference.

None of it matters except to prepare for the future.

The main eye witness changed his damn store over half a dozen times not to mention he has a history of lying in court and to law enforcement.

Tell that to the poor Officer who's life is destroyed because he did his job and because a thug hyped up on drugs tried to be a bad$$.

St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch announced the decision not to indict Darren Wilson on Monday evening. A grand jury of nine whites and three blacks had been meeting weekly since Aug. 20 to consider evidence in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown, 18. The panel met for 70 hours and heard from 60 witnesses.

McCulloch stressed that the grand jurors were "the only people who heard every witness ... and every piece of evidence." He said many witness presented conflicting statements that ultimately were inconsistent with the physical evidence.

"These grand jurors poured their hearts and soul into this process," he said.

Weed hardly hypes up...lol. even the officer admitting he Struggled when going towards the gun. And it's still just a lesson, many lessons that can't be undone.

So your a medical doctor now too? Weed can have the opposite effect on people as well. Just like with some people who take Vicodin mellow out and get euphoric, some get hyped up like they are on Meth.
