As of this moment, you have five posts. The forums is the best way to meet and make friends at this site. I have personally have multiple meeting with groups of Minglers and some others are friends who I have never met in person.

Sitting on your butt is not the best course of action.

You could always ask for a refund of your membership fee.

I have met many great people online.
the best part is you can just be yourself. I thought you have to be attractive, sophisticated or witty to meet someone.
I'm none of those things. just your average person and have met people who like me anyway.
Including meeting a good man in person.
it takes time, patience and being open to possibilities.

I had a date via Mingle 2 weeks ago Quite exceptional as there aren't many Dutch ppl on here. There are some, but I am not really actively looking for them myself (not on this site). So pot luck this Dutch guy found me on here, and we did meet.
Think there are more English ppl than Dutch on Mingle, so there's hope for you yet

I made some nice contacts.. and continue to have some very good conversations.

For me it's been fine. I think some people expect too much too soon or some just don't work it.. put much time into their search

It's 5 years since i joined .. never had a single date .. haven't even come close..

90% on here are scammers..

Guess I was lucky. Have been on a week or so did some searches, posted in a few forums, a few nudges, lots of scammers but was lucky enough to find someone willing to talk about normal things yesterday. Exchanged numbers (yes, domestic), and had a very pleasant conversation today. There are real people out there. Just have to weed through alot to find them.

hmmmm...so in 5 yrs even though this is the worse site, you have not found anything better? interesting that there is no wording above about finding anything better... but you must have had plenty of dates in 5 yrs with women provided by some better site...it is very puzzling then why you would bother to come back here to whine, moan and groan...

Took me about a year, year and 1/2 to decide that dating, and dating websites were a huge pain, and I was never going to see date one from any of them.

First of all, one must get a reply. I had a whole whopping 5 women do that. They all lasted, maybe two, three replies at best. Now, I'm sure alot of you have made the assumption that I mentioned sex. Not so. I never used the word -sex- in any of my correspondence with them.

I tried the meetup route. Groups would form up, then fold. What good were they? Bars. Forget it. I don't go there to finance some woman's drinking binge. There's plenty of them to sponge off free drinks from me.

Take a continuing ed class. Four colleges in my town-none offer anything like that. I ride motorcycles- benefit rides. No good, I won't ride a POS harley. I ride one of those awful jap motorcycles. That happens to sport the "Made in the USA" placard.

Church-No, just no.

So what's left? Nothing. So I just pitched the whole dating biz. I can sit back and read the complaints that women have. Can't find anyone decent. Well, you made the assumption that I wasn't worth answering. So, in a left-handed way, I'm glad dating gave you the razzberries. It's not my doing.

You can definitely find genuine people on here if you put in the effort. Plus the fact that you're able to contact them on here for free puts it above many other sites. Just try messaging through forums or the 'who's online' tab and I'm sure you'll get responses.

wow dude been on here 1 month all ready had coffee date and have some really nice people put in some time there are scammers on here just have to weed thue them anything worth while takes time and work
