November 17 2014...we're talking about date...right bash??

Note to Self: Never let Basha cook for you or drive you anywhere.

Oh sweet memories come up ... he wooed me and pursued me for weeks .. I didn't want him, lol, but he got to me .. seriously got to me.
Then we went on a date, had a good time .. on the way back he accidentally drove the car through a huge hole next to the road, filled with water. Thank god he didn't lose control of the car, but I almost fell in his lap (guess I wasn't wearing a seat belt). Huge wave of mud over the windscreen and car, lol. Then he said "Wow, I thought you were getting passionate with me!"
We did indeed .. later on.
Dang, I did have a real good time with him, we really had something going..

Hmmmm...the 15th and 16th of Nov rank right up there.....well at 2nd and 3rd....hehe

Hoping it is yet to come.

I don't remember. I also had a food poisoning date. Left him at my door step when he dropped me off and said, "I gotta go to the bathroom, seriously! Bye!"

It was not the ice fishing date either where my phone fell into the ice hole and sank to the bottom of the lake.



I'll have some new memories to make.

My... first best date.. I was a preteen. it was late seventies early eighties.. indoor roller skating was at its peak.. the movie Grease was in the drive in theaters... foosball and space invaders... we're pushing pinball to the wayside... play that funky music and Roxy Rolla.... where big on the radio.. small hard fiberglass.. skateboards.... and the yo-yo... was trying to make a comeback..... summer days were warm and long..
.. and the nights sizzled.. with the offering of adventure and excitement.. to be had by simply walking out your front door....

... she was 2 years older than me..
.. I met her the weekend before... right when the roller rink... was letting out for the evening.... we caught each other's eye.. earlier..
.. that evening on the roller rink floor..
she kept giving me the sign.. you know the sign.. that she wanted me to come ask her.. To slow dance with her on the rink...
.. but I was awkward and shy.. and I could barely rollerskate forward let alone backwards.. and she was beautiful... I remember feeling inadequate.... but as we were being let out of the roller rink. that evening.... she waved at me and caught my eye.. and yelled over the.. sound of her friends... to me.. are you going to be here next weekend she yelled.. I did the typical point at myself.. gesture... looked behind me.. playfully.. then smiled at her and said yes I am.... as she started to disappear. from the parking lot.. she yelled good I will be here too... and I expect you to slow dance with me...

WOW no1.You did the roller rink too??? my favorite place in life. Can you skate? i can up down front back, all around. did it about 5 years ago and came back no problem. Now i wanna go again. its great. lol

Yes.. that very same girl in the story.. came back the next weekend ..I did as well.. we spent the whole summer roller skating.. she showed me everything I know today about roller skating.. and so much more..mmm..

that is great, about the skating and the other for you. lol. i would like to see you on skates or race you. Now that would be a great time. lol. you would have to know i would win in all aspects. hehehehe
