Not really....but tried it with lean chicken and other varities of carbs....it depends on your goal If its either to bulk or rip up...

To anyone who has tried the IIFYM diet ( If It Fits Your Macros ) did you have good results does it really work ?
cuz im tired of chicken breast and brown rice :(

i never heard of that specific version of a macrobiotic diet, but i do know my senior turned to it in his youth. he said while he was on it he never felt stronger in his life. btw he's not the type to just talk trash.

maybe this will open your heart on the subject. never dive in and try anything until you understand the basics/details of it first. just be practical.

I'm getting tired of various meats now too. the flip side is i have some venison that's the bomb. yet even though i eat it i have an issue with killing the deer when not absolutely needed. grr :(
