We all would like more money than we have, the security it offers, but I'm refering to a lifetime choice in your mate or S/O.

I've always said "If your looking for a man with a little money, I've got as little as you could ever want."

How many profiles have we passed over due to asumptions of that persons acceptance of us? If you've never had this problem, I must ask, why are you here? Oh Yeah.... the forums

I am sure many of us have passed someone by based on the assumptions of their acceptance of us, I know I have....but then my assumptions of their acceptance of me has nothing to do with money ..eh bleh nevermind

I've had a comfortable life,to a very comfortable life,it's never been about money to me and never will.I would live in a tent if I had to just to love and be loved unconditionally

Ive never had money, had to work for and struggle every bit along the way.........and if someone doesnt like that too bad........because its not about the money its about who you are, and how hard you try to do your best

lol...gauranteed....given a choice between money and anything else...the majority of ladies will pick money every time, rarely do they pick hardworking, tender all the stuff they allege that they are looking for.

I have had it both ways...I have had money and been without money!! I prefer being so much in love and living pay check to pay check!! When you have money it only complicates things...the guys are real jerks and expect way to much!!

so the basic feeling is hardworking and caring over wealth so far...

so the reason I asked this.... I'm 57 yrs old, a Viet Nam vet that came home with an addiction that took years to overcome. I had 2 wives in those years that I was bent on destruction, an 3 children. I raised my kids, adopted another and fostered 2 more. No 401k because every dime went to making ends meet.

I make decent money, work hard, but I do make assumptions when viewing profiles, "I like to travel, cruise, shop....." I can bring a smile, but miracles would take me a while

So what do I do?
