Some guys are too persistent and do not give you enough space or time to
make a decision... and they want what they want NOW...and demand too
much too soon...and no matter what you say or do, they just dont get it.
Some women are the same way...I guess...personally, I never have
been...I follow my instincts and use my own judgement and act
accordingly...after all, it is MY decision to make whether to respond or
not...some people can accept the "be friends" and some cannot...this is
when their true nature and intentions come into play...you should
respond as honestly as you can to the person and either end it, or tell
him that there is nothing there right now, or whatever the situation is
at hand...but ultimately,..be true to YOU...

Well either to a man or a woman just to shut them out is wrong it hurts
everyone not just a man or a woman we all feel the same way think about
how you feel when someone does it too you can't really expect full
respect from another person if you are not willing to give it to others
yourself. As the saying goes treat others the way you would want to be
treated yourself!

Well I had a simular thing happen to me this week and it sucks. I
thought something really happened to her as she was constantly texting
me and calling me before we met Friday night. I stayed at her place on
the couch because of the things that went down here Friday as she asked
me to stay over instead of getting a motel. Saturday we ran around
together and I dropped her off at her grandmas in another town for a few
hours then picked her back up. She gave me a big hug before I left.
Everything seemed fine as I was not rushing into the relationship.
Friends first is my goal. I thought we were getting along great as
friends. I called her Sunday night. I got no answer. I got my answer
yesterday after sending one last text message. She felt like I was
feeling. We like each other as friends but niether of us see anything
more in our future. I planned on telling her this Sunday when she
started ignoring me. The good news is we are talking again and we both
know there is not much of a chance of anything else between us. Her
reason for ignoring me was she was affraid to hurt me. Her ignoring me
and me worrying about her hurt me much more than her not talking.

So speak your mind first. Then if he will not quit call or still tries
to take the relationship the wrong way then stop it even if it takes
ignoring him.
