Speaking of boats, this town is pretty expensive for housing and coming into town today I saw a ratty old wooden boat, maybe 18 feet long, not even a big cabin on it, just a small roof on it, and had a for sale sign on it and a big yellow banner that said "affordable senior housing." Geeeezzzzz.
