I think the 'why's, and the 'are you willings' need to be discussed with your partner. whatever we say will be moot. I would not approach it from the standpoint that 'she wants sex from you when you dont' kinda thing. If you are interested in pursuing marriage, discuss that. She may be relieved. She may be programmed by her peers/culture to do what men want (have sex with the one she likes) as part of the path to a relationship. Some women have not developed their own voice. So true.. you just need to talk things thoroughly before doing something you might regret in the end.. |

sure...it's called the Friend zone lol No, not really. When my late wife and I were engaged to be married, we gave each other plenty of affection, but we didn't have sexual intercourse until after our wedding. I have known plenty of married couples who did the same thing. |

. does virtual sex count..
as sex..?.. does oral sex.. count as sex..?.. . does foreplay.. count as sex..? . does fellatio . count as sex..? . does masturbation count as sex..? .... looks like you can have a lot of sex.. without.. sexual penetration.. .... so with all these options.. . you could probably keep a relationship going... for some time.. .. |

In my opinion, waiting games are silly.
If you feel the need to wait until after marriage, venture forth, and find someone compatable. |

can a relationship work with out sex
A romantic relationship can "work" if you've had sex, maybe kids, and bonded, and then stop having sex. A romantic relationship can't work naturally if you don't ever have any kind of sexual intercourse. As the bonding process of "love" is based on children coming from copulation. Birth control hasn't been around that long, historically speaking. Otherwise a romantic relationship can "work" if it's based on something other than love. Like being platonic, mutual goals, fulfilling mutual needs, desires, being a beard for each other. It won't be based on "love" so much as the same social bonds you develop for acquaintances and friends that over time become the norm that you then fear to lose due to fearing change, although you might have convinced yourself it's love. |
