Topic: Are you angry? | |
---|---|
I get angry when I find someone is doing injustice to me.My anger gets double if I find myself helpless against that person.
What makes you angry? What do you do to be normal? |

Anger is a waste of emotional energy, unless you do something to rectify the source of the anger.
Othrrwise, it's just resentment. And that will eat at you. Sometimes the cause is someone or something. Sometimes it is ourself. |

No offense, but it is you , if you dwell upon being angry at certain situation
that challenge your ego. Forget about it , you never win with the ego. Move on, think of something nice. I think this way you can be the so called normal, if you want to be this state of being called normal. But nothing is normal. |

Anger is a waste of emotional energy, unless you do something to rectify the source of the anger. Othrrwise, it's just resentment. And that will eat at you. Sometimes the cause is someone or something. Sometimes it is ourself. I totally agree. I can get frustrated, emotionally exhausted of trying to explain something over and over that seems simple to me. And I do hae pet peeves that irritate me, like deadbeat dads and unnecessarily vulgar or rude people, or selfishness , or laziness. But, I really dont often get 'angry'. |

Anger is a waste of emotional energy, unless you do something to rectify the source of the anger. Othrrwise, it's just resentment. And that will eat at you. Sometimes the cause is someone or something. Sometimes it is ourself. When you let anger take control, you lose your focus and let someone or something control your life. When you can rise above the anger it helps you to look for solutions and then you are the master of your own destiny. |

Being rather temperamental myself, I often feel my blood boiling over situations or people, but I try my best to vent that out as quickly as possible, finding more productive ways to sublimate it.
Anger is a powerful emotion, and it can give you that adrenaline buzz at first, but the damage is soon to follow. It's like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die - you are letting whatever angers you have control over you and therefore rule you. Now, after those words of wisdom, here's the answer to what you actually asked in your post: What angers me: -intolerant people -overzealous fanatics -cruelty in any form -narrow-minded and/or shallow people, hellbent on putting others down, in order to get a false sense of superiority -people with NO sense of humour, unable to grasp even the simplest of jokes and taking it oh, so very personally |

It actually takes a lot to get me legit mad.
I get annoyed easily but I can't remember the last time I was mad. |

I get angry if someone is rude to my kid. I dont worry about normal. Had to let go of that many years ago. (I get angry if someone is rude to my kid.) This is quite natural. But many parents blindly support their kids and in long future it harms their kids. |

People who seem born to inflict pain on innocent people or animals. I usually get all worked up then gather myself and think about how I am going to get even, but for minor things I don't let it get to me its part of life and anger can tear a person down. Why sweat the small things.
