My problem was I bent and squatted instead of actually getting down on the floor. That caused the thigh muscles to hurt front and back. It is better today though I would not turn down a hot oil massage  You sound like me....No I want to do it now not in a week...OK..  I loaded and unloaded 2 washer dryer sets by myself because I had planned on doing it on my timeline not someone else's! It's the old *Work Smarter Not Harder* rule I go by. Backed the truck up to the deck which gave me about a 1 foot drop instead of a 4 foot drop. Used a 2 wheel dolly and slid them onto it. So I never actually lifted any of the 4 appliances completely as they were either on the cart or part way on the truck. ouch..  yeah.. that's gotta hurt.. my problem is, typically, once I get on the floor.. I can't get back UP again without some fancy moves  yup.. we are similar.. I have my own time-line too.. but no one ELSE uses a timex it seems  kids.. I usually work smart.. this time however I THOUGHT I could manage without 'aides' but.. when I finally DID set up the blocks, at the right height, I couldn't lift the dang 'weight' on'em.. I HAD figured that if I could stabilize the weight.. I could manipulate the stairs (that weigh next to nothing) in place and slide them onto the weight posts.. however.. I hadn't remembered that thing being so HEAVY..  whatever.. life goes on huh  |

Yea, a little hard to pick that much dog up I have the advantage I suppose. Ours need their collars and leashes to go out. Once the collars are on, you ARE going  mine wears her collar all the time.. however when the leash comes out.. she's like LETS GO.. ANYWHERE.. EVERYWHERE.. she just wants to GO.. I leash her to do our morning 2k walks.. there's too much 'country' out there to NOT leash her.. too many distractions my back yard, or at least about 2000 or so sq.ft of it are fenced in.. so all I have to typically do is open the patio door to the deck and off she goes.. mind you.. she kinda jumps thru the door most of the time cuz we have some ferral cats that've moved into HER old dog house, that she LOVES to chase

So thoughts like this have been in my head for a few days now  that could be one crazy massage with THOSE things on his hands.. like it rough do ya??

Do you know how hard it is to find a photo of a good looking man in a sprinkler  I had to settle for something close to my thoughts....The weapon was not intended though could be an interesting addition |

Just can't shake it and seriously don't really want to either Eye candy makes for Sweet Dreams for sure... Now if I could just get there  I am needing to be up and out of the house by 5:30 am and it is almost 11 pm now  |
