My cousin is going to get me a new car and told me to pick one out. That's the problem, there's too many cars out there, I can't make up my mind about which one to get. I want something that has the speed, but don't burn through the gas. Maybe someone can give me an idea about what type to get.

I just bought a 2007 Kia Rio.......so far its great on gas.......not a huge speeder but it seems to be good!

baby...it all depends on your lifestyle....
Do you have kids? Do you need room for camping gear? What will the vehicle mostly be used for? Do you need 4 wheel drive? etc.etc.etc. |

you need to choose something you can use year round and fits your lifestyle.
I have a motorcycle and a pick up truck they are good for me maybe not so much for you look at your driving conditions and lifestyle and be smart about it |

I love motorcycles, but sadly enough if I get one, I'll only be able to rock it for about two months. Stuck in an area that has winter.

Kia...all the way...we've had one for 3 years , a Kia Spectra. Its awesome on gas.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Kia!!! I have a 2001 Sephia (which is now made under a different name). I have almost 100,000 miles on it and it hasn't given me ONE OUNCE of trouble! Still get 40 MPG on long trips, 30 city.

Try something like a mazda. I have a mazda protege. Had it for about 5 years now and never had anything wrong with it. The most i had to do is get new tires, but of course you have to for every car. And theyre good on gas. lol.

I was looking at a 2008 Nissan Altima. just because they look hot.

yeah I looked at a new altima for the hell of it they are pretty nice and drive pretty good to. plus you cant beat the foreign engineering. Dont get me wrong I love my mustang and my F150 but between the v8 in the stand and the 35's on the truck the best gas mileage I get is about 17 on the highway haha

just go with a 1948 dodge truck yes people will laugh but at least you will have the power to move from a to b

Go for a hybrid. You get great mileage with a Prius and in some states you also get to ride in the carpool lane without the minimum number of people!

I want a truck, but they do burn through diesel all nothing. I like my Powerstroke, but I keep getting pulled over in town for noise violations. lol.
Like my cousin's really going to get me an eclipse. may as well ask him if he can get me a corvette or a viper.
