Sometimes but not often. I could not do an LDR again. I want to spend time with person I'm dating. Face to face time. So much of communication is in the voice, the eyes, the touch. I need that.

I also don't know .but I feel it takes a lot of commitment: smile: They can, but it takes an incredible amount of work, maturity, patience, tenacity, and most of all a deep and abiding love for one and other...Even when all of those things are present it can still fail because life happens and that can sometimes make it impossible for one or the other to relocate...If you are considering it, I wish you luck, happiness, success....

It did for me but then we met. As long as you stay a world apart you should be alright.

This is definitely how I feel about it. Also, OP, if someone you fall for, doesn't want an ldr, don't take it personally. They just want different things is all. It's not you, it's them ;)

LDR works for me. But of course, sooner you'd have to be together. Physical nearness or distance both need a lot of effort coming from both of you. Commitment, loyalty and great communication should be given 100%
