Mostly good. Having pain and weird spasms in my back. But it's not unbearable. Waiting for my sister and the kids. We're off to a christening party.

A happy kind of tired. ((((Storm)))) The pain is still there but the spasms are gone. Then, too, I could have taken a muscle relaxer but I didn't want to sleep the day away.

If I don't slow my breathing down, I'm gonna end up having a panic attack. Yet the dr thinks I'm panicking, and that's why my heart is beating faster. I don't get panic attacks. It's from coughing a lot. Silly dr.

Shy, if your doctor didn't put you on an inhaler to open your lungs, try sitting in a hot steamy shower. Sometimes this helps
