By gods grace i made it another day sober thats 2 months now my freinds without having to pick up a drink, but i would like to share with you what keeps me sober...every morning i ask god to control my thoughts feelings emotions and actions and to help me help someone else in any way i can, thats keeps my mind off of me.. another thing i tend to get caught up into in the day is negitve people, being around them long enough my attitude starts to change, compare to the life i was leading 2 months ago i cant afford to be negitive, i found that killing people with kindness works just as much as anything.....pisses them off more cuz they are getting the reaction they want but this is telling them your not going to control my day.... everyday am grateful!!one lesson learn for me in the past if i react with emotion instead of my intellect am in trouble
