thanks dub.. ah slept like a rock.. love the cooler nights.. however having lotsa weird dreams lately.. after pondering upon them for a bit though.. I'm realizing their underlying significations.. in an off the wall way.. they're giving light to my daylight stresses so thanks for encouraging'em dub.. I haven't had memorable dreams like these in a VERY long time

I'm a literal person in many ways.. I hear the words as they are spoken and take them at their value.. however many that speak them.. don't realize what the implications of 'verbatim' means.. I often hear myself telling others to "think before they speak" and choose your tones accordingly.. but many people could care less about the impact their words actually have.. *sighs*

well.. more rain today.. *sighs* will it EVer STOP?? methinks I should be using all that lumber in the basement to build an ark

got the 1st estimate for the retaining wall outside.. guy said "are you sitting" I said just give it to me.. he said "$19,000.00" I said holy hanna I'll get back to ya... that's gonna hurt then the guy for the roof gave me his.. "1,100.00" THAT made the day sooooo much better so.. the roof'll get done in 2 weeks.. the retaining wall however.. may take a wee bit longer to pull off.. IF at all.. I'm gonna hit the drafting board and see what I can do to lessen that whopper price... I SURELY DON'T need a fancy azzed wall way out here.. not like anybody'll see it ANYways.. but it's gotta get done SOME how.. maybe if I just did 1/2 the length?? 70' instead of 140'?? hmmm.. that WOULD cut the price down to at LEAST $10k.. still that's a lotta moolah for a silly wall..

anyone got any better ideas.. I'm open to options!
